Day 1 – Arrival to Santorini

Your journey begins with your arrival on the enchanting island of Santorini.

Upon landing, you will be warmly welcomed by our assistant at the airport and escorted to your private transfer with a Mercedes E-Class or Mercedes Vito, carefully selected according to your luggage needs.

At the hotel, you will meet your personal wedding planner and coordinator, who will guide you through the upcoming days and ensure that every detail of your celebration is perfectly arranged.

Later in the day, you will enjoy a one-hour relaxing couples’ massage at the spa, allowing you to unwind and fully embrace the calm and beauty of the island.

Day 2 – Wedding Day

The most meaningful day of your Santorini experience unfolds with calm, beauty, and perfect timing.

12:00 – Stylist arrives at your room to begin the bridal preparation
15:40 – Photographer arrives to capture preparation moments
17:00 – The couple departs with the photographer for a short photoshoot at a nearby scenic location
18:30 – Departure of the couple and photographer to the wedding venue

The wedding venue will be fully prepared and styled for your ceremony.
The ceremony setup includes a bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, a floral arrangement for the ceremony table, and two elegant floral compositions placed on the gazebo corners, framing the ceremony space beautifully.

The atmosphere is enhanced with recorded ceremonial music provided on flash drive, creating a refined and romantic mood.
As a special gift from Indigo Weddings, the setup is completed with a ring box, decorative candle holders, and a ceremony table runner, adding subtle luxury details to your celebration.

19:00 – Bridal entrance
19:05 – 19:25 – Official wedding ceremony
19:30 – Couple’s exit
19:45 – Wedding cake cutting
19:50 – First dance
or a short romantic photoshoot near the venue

During this time, the wedding coordinator together with the venue team discreetly prepares the area for your private dinner.

20:30 – Private candlelit dinner
Depending on the sunset timing, the first dance with ground fountains may also take place during the evening.

21:00 – Photographer ends his work
22:00 – Dinner ends
22:10 – Private transfer back to your hotel in a Mercedes E-Class or Mercedes Vito

Day 3 – Private Sailing Experience

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning at your hotel.

If wedding will be official than, in the morning 10:00 we will go to the local registry office to finalize the marriage certificate.

Between 13:00 – 14:00, you will be picked up by private transfer arranged by the yacht company.

You will then embark on a Private Sunset Catamaran Cruise, featuring a barbeque on board and breathtaking views of the caldera.
The cruise lasts approximately five hours, allowing you to experience Santorini from the sea and return after sunset.

Following the cruise, a private transfer will return you to your hotel.

Day 4 – Departure

Your Santorini journey concludes with a private transfer from the hotel to the airport or port in a Mercedes E-Class or Mercedes Vito, selected according to your luggage requirements.
